Dr. Jane Tornatore is the star of episode 96 of the Relish The Journey podcast.

Dr. Jane Tornatore is a therapist, speaker, and author and has been in private practice for 15 years. She dedicates her career and life to helping people love themselves and obtain self-compassion. She draws from her extensive professional training and wide-ranging life experiences to help people release old patterns and unnecessary stress. Jane has authored over 20 articles and just published a book, Everything is Perfect, Just Not ME!

So much of life feels out of control. We search for stress relief outside of ourselves and it doesn’t last. Life happens. How we choose to respond to it creates or alleviates much of our stress. Jane talks about we can use our thoughts and feelings to lower stress and anxiety instead of letting these thoughts into the driver’s seat.
